1.1   Nature of the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 499et platform ("Platform") and its user ("you" / "user"). By registering on 499et, using your account, or accessing any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms may be changed or amended at any time at the discretion of 499et. Continuing to use the platform after any change is made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to visit this page regularly.

1.2   Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any betting or casino service on 499et. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age and may request a national ID, passport, or other documents when necessary.

1.3   Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts — even using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — it will be considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, 499et reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts and forfeit any deposited funds including bonuses.

2.1   Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. The mobile number and email address you provide must be active and usable, as important notifications and verification messages will be sent to them.

2.2   Password and Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3   Verification (KYC)

499et follows an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure secure transactions. Before processing a withdrawal, or after a certain amount has been transacted, you may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, driving license, or other documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.1   Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your 499et account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The platform does not charge any additional fees at the time of deposit, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted.

3.2   Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
• 499et reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud or for security reasons.

3.3   Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 499et are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, applicable exchange rates and third-party conversion fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the user.

4.1   Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance ৳48,000.

To receive the welcome bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳100 and the bonus must be claimed.

4.2   Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Minimum participation in specific games or categories may be required to fulfill the wagering requirement. Separate detailed terms for each offer will be listed on the 499et promotions page.

4.3   General Bonus Policy

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or payment methods will result in account closure.
• 499et reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.1   Bet Limits and Rules

499et offers betting on various sports events, casino games, live casino, and fishing games. Minimum and maximum limits are set for each bet or game and are displayed in the game interface. Betting outside the set limits is not possible.

5.2   Results and Dispute Resolution

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method — to ensure fair play. If a user has an objection to any result, they may notify the 499et support team within 24 hours. The platform's final decision is binding.

5.3   Bet Cancellation

499et reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If the betting process is disrupted due to a technical error or server issue.
• If an event is cancelled or changed.
• If there is a clear error in the odds.
• If evidence of fraud or collusion is found.

6.1   VIP Tiers and Cashback

499et's loyalty program has four tiers. Cashback is provided weekly based on betting activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular active betting. Tier assignment is at the discretion of 499et and is subject to change.

6.2   VIP Benefit Terms

• Cashback benefits are calculated every Monday and credited directly to eligible accounts.
• Cashback amounts may have their own wagering requirements — details are available on the VIP page.
• If a user is demoted from a VIP tier, the associated benefits will be reduced.
• If prohibited or fraudulent activity is detected, VIP benefits will be cancelled immediately.

7.1   Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 499et:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Hacking the platform's software or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Stealing payment information or account credentials of other users.
• Any form of collusion or match-fixing.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

8.1   Safe Gaming Commitment

499et is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial or emotional stress. Users can set their own deposit limits, session time, and loss limits.

8.2   Voluntary Break and Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that gaming is becoming problematic for them, they can:

• Temporarily suspend their account (for 7 days, 1 month, or 6 months).
• Apply for permanent self-exclusion from the platform.
• Set daily or weekly deposit limits.

499et will not be liable for any loss caused by server outages, internet connectivity disruptions, or other technical issues. In such circumstances, ongoing sessions or bets may be cancelled and deposited funds may be returned — however, winning claims will not be recognised.

10.2   Service Changes or Discontinuation

499et reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently withdraw any game, category, or service at any time without prior notice. The platform will have no liability for compensation in such cases.

10.3   External Links and Third Parties

The 499et platform uses software from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others). These providers' own terms may apply. 499et is not directly liable for any issues arising from their software, though we are committed to providing every possible assistance in resolving problems.

11.3   Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between 499et and the user and supersede all prior oral or written agreements. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
